The 'A4 Seconds' certificate frames are mixed, A4 (210x297mm) Certificate Frames, mostly in Silver, some Gold or Black which are *Seconds*. These are not of "First" quality because of small flaws in finish, scratches, blemishes, inperfect corners. In all other aspects these are perfectly good, sound , useable frames. When ordering these you can ask for a colour preference. However if we do not have enough of these, we will supply other colours, as we see fit, to fill the order quantity. These frames have an acrylic frame, a pane of clear glaze , a 2mm MDF~Craftwood back with a hinged leg and several steel swivel clips to hold the frame firmly together. You can easily and quickly turn or swivel the clips to remove the back and insert the certificate or artwork inside the frame. The fitted hangers at the back of the frame allow for portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) wall hanging and the fitted leg (if fitted) lets the frame stand on tables. No hand tools are necessary and no fitting or servicing by a picture framer is needed. After inserting the art, the clips are swung back and the fitted frame may be hung .
