The 'A3 Budget Black (CP)' certificate frames have a gloss black, 21(h)x15(w)mm acrylic frame, a pane of (CP) clear plastic insert, a 2mm MDF~Craftwood back withseveral steel swivel clips to hold the frame firmly together. You can easily and quickly turn or swivel the clips to remove the back and insert the certificate or artwork inside the frame. No hand tools are necessary and no fitting or servicing by a picture framer is needed. After inserting the art, the clips are swung back and the fitted frame may be hung . The fitted hangers at the back of the frame allow for portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) wall hanging. The certificate picture frames are shrink-wrapped, and suit standard 'A3' 29.7X42cm paper or artwork.
